Responsibilities/ Job Descriptions
- To lead the Marketing team and to assist the Sales Department and Leasing Department.
- To plan and implement product launches, promotions and related marketing activities.
- To deal with marketing suppliers for flyer, banner, model house and related marketing materials.
- To propose new idea to create awareness based on the trend and create branding for company.
- To do market survey to find out latest package that offer in the market.
- To control marketing expenses based on budgeted expenses.
- To in charge of online advertisement & update company’s website and Facebook page from time to time.
- To setup or dismantle booth during and after roadshow.
- Any ad hoc matter as & when required by the management.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years’ managerial experience in marketing in property development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in MHUB system will be an added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, ambitious and pro-active and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Matured, possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multi task and work independently.
