Marketing Manager (Based in Alor Setar, Kedah)

Requirements

Responsibilities/ Job Descriptions

  • To lead the Marketing team and to assist the Sales Department and Leasing Department.
  • To plan and implement product launches, promotions and related marketing activities.
  • To deal with marketing suppliers for flyer, banner, model house and related marketing materials.
  • To propose new idea to create awareness based on the trend and create branding for company.
  • To do market survey to find out latest package that offer in the market.
  • To control marketing expenses based on budgeted expenses.
  • To in charge of online advertisement & update company’s website and Facebook page from time to time.
  • To setup or dismantle booth during and after roadshow.
  • Any ad hoc matter as & when required by the management.

 

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • At least 5 years’ managerial experience in marketing in property development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in MHUB system will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, ambitious and pro-active and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Matured, possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multi task and work independently.
